Cut the Alcohol

As with before, everything is fine in moderation; some studies have even found that a small amount of alcohol can be good for heart health! However, make sure you don’t overindulge on alcohol; too much alcohol can wreak havoc on your body and place a massive amount of strain on your liver. This, in turn, can make you incredibly ill—so why not try cutting out that glass of wine before bed for a slightly healthier beverage, or just cut the portion size that you have at any one time?
