Get Outside!

A key tip for staying healthy is to get outside and into the fresh air! Being cooped up in your home, especially with little air flow, can be detrimental to your health overall. As well as limiting the amount of exercise that you can do—and, invariably, exercise is great for good health—being cooped up indoors will mean that you are constantly sat in an environment where bacteria and pathogens are not moving. This can increase the chances of you getting ill. Furthermore, the increased Vitamin D consumption when you get out in the sun can do wonders for your wellbeing. In fact, even the morale boost that getting outside can offer can help you to feel fit and well!
