#6 Consider your activity levels

When staying at home and trying to still lose weight, it is important to consider the fact that your daily activity levels may be lower than normal. Or, potentially, your activity levels could be higher if you usually spend a lot of time working in the office, and are now spending more time on DIY projects or the like. As such, think about your daily activity levels and try to tailor the number of calories that you are consuming based on this level and intensity of activity.
